#GameDay Varsity at Zionsville

Tonight, your Rocks will make the short trip over to neighboring Zionsville for the Shining Star Rivalry face-off against the Eagles. This will be a battle of unbeaten teams, as Zionsville comes in with a 2-0 record to match the Rocks. The Eagles defeated Pike in week 1, 17-7, and Lebanon in week 2, 47-33.

Zionsville has posted 32 points per game. In last week's win over Lebanon, they rumbled for 276 yards with 188 of those coming on the ground. There were led by sophomore RB Colin Price (#33), who was responsible for 170 of those yards and a touchdown. Senior QB Cole Wiseman (#3) split his targets pretty evenly between senior WR Brody Whitesell (#2; 3/37/0) and sophomore WR Trey Firestone (#19; 5/44/0).

The Rocks will need to stop the run in this one. Coming off Eli Patchett's (#33) big game last week, look for the Eagles to try to win the line of scrimmage as well. This could turn into a battle of wills in the trenches, or come down to who can air it out best. Either way, it should be a great rivalry game with gorgeous football weather on tap for tonight.
