Blessed and Resolved

We are beyond excited for the opportunity to not only play in the Semi-state contest, but also to host it. Last week was a very long bus ride, and yet, despite the distance, there were a whole bunch of you that made the trip. We had a great crowd, and the memory of the team celebrating with fans after the game is one that will stick with me for some time. You never know what you are going to get on the road, especially when it is cold and not exactly pleasant, and we were once again reminded how blessed we are.

This week is a home game. The weather may not be different, but we get to play in our community. The one that has supported us and is trying like heck to make a new stadium a reality. We can only hope to earn that support on the field this Friday, showing you how much we want to keep our football family together for one more week.

An extra week may not seem like a lot to some, but to us it means the world. We resolved to keep the train going as long as possible, and now Concord is going to fight us for the track. We need every Shamrock voice in the crowd this Friday. We want to pack Red Stanley field, and prove not only that we could fill a bigger stadium, but also that we have the best football community in the state.

We brought central Indiana football up north last week. Let's show the north how we do it this Friday. Let's show them what Rock Football is all about.

Hope to see you at the game.
