The Hawks came out strong in the first half, but the Rocks hung around, going in with a 13-21 deficit at the break. The third quarter was all Rocks, with the home team equalizing the score with a touchdown and a safety. Even going into the 4th, the Rocks couldn't hold an explosive Hawks offense, and gave up two scores, leading to the 21-35 final.
Special mention should be given to Gabe Arvin, Reid Schepers, and Jonathon Frey. These Rocks made significant contributions in preparing the team for the Friday contest. During the week, they brought it Now, providing the best possible look for their fellow teammates.
Next Friday, you Rocks will host Zionsville for the Shining Star Rivalry Game. Kickoff is scheduled for 7pm.
